Email got deleted now i cant get into my account

My account isn’t deleted its still there i’m just not able to access it. Im still able to play games on my account on my Xbox, but if I were ever to be locked out of the account I wouldn’t be able to get back in because the email doesn’t work anymore, so i’m wondering if theres a way to change the email without being able to access the account?

I don't like to give bad news but when an account is deleted, this deletion can't be reversed
In your case is not possible to request an account restoration or similar

i made this account on the same email the account was on but it says i dont own the game

i had to do the same as busiestnoah it ask me to add security and it ask for my email and password when i entered it it said there was an error that my password of email was wrong then i got into xbox.com and i sign in with the same psw and email and i got
sign in and chng psw but it keeps saying the same thing now i cant even get my account into my xbox i get the sorry, xbox live profiles cant be downloaded right now. try again later code 80151011
