Email gives more numbers then typable

These security proofs are seriously angering me. I tried downloading my profile onto my friends xbox, and it refuses to let me sign in. It says i need more security, such as an email, or phone number to play my account. Thing is, i don't want to have an
additional email. or give them my phone number. What the *** microsoft?

And again the part when u need a verify, they give a code, but the option are only for phone number, and that phone number is gone, theres no option for giving the code to email, idk why so weird, when i want to reset password they always sent it to the same email or phone number, but my only option for phone number.

I did have 2fa on both accounts, they hacked into my account. I didn't get an email about it, no code was sent to my number, the only thing that happened was an email about some one elses email getting added and mine deleted as well as my number deleted from the account and when I appeal the account and provide all the details it allows me to provide, it sends me an email about needing more information when it doesn't give that option to give, if there was a system that tracks email changes so you can get you account back within 2 weeks this would be solved to easily. Maybe even a authenticator app code that changes, since they don't get the chance of being intercepted like sim numbers do.

You should have received an email with an order number. In that email click account, login then go to order history and your orders should be seen there. If not give the MS store a call at 18776967786 be sure to have your orderr number and email address
