Email from Microsoft for a free $5 gift card.

I received a email from Microsoft for a $5 gift card. When I click the link for the $5 gift card I get "This page can't be displayed" can you help with this problem.

Microsoft Reward Program

I redeemed a $3 and $5 gift card through Microsoft Rewards and didnt receive email for the code to redeem the money.

 

Gift card not received after purchase

I purchased a xbox one s on December 27th, 2017. The deal was the Xbox one s it came with battlefield 1, The crew, forza horizon 3 and a $50 Microsoft store gift card. The gift card card was suppose to be email 5-7 days from the purchase and it has been
a week since the purchase date. I haven't got the email.
