Email deleted can't access my account.

This account is an old one that I never used but my real accounts email is deleted.

I switched to ps3 like 3 years ago and now I'm going to get an Xbox One. I have my dads billing adress and stuff on it will it make it easier to access?

What should I do? If I get the Xbox One will I still be able to log in to the account even though the email is deleted. (Due to inactivity).

Error 80049C3A - Unable to log in to Xbox Live

The email account I've deleted isn't the account used for my live address (which is a hotmail one).

The deleted email account was an old address I had used for the security proofs (the only security proof that was setup and was jm****@bt****.com).

Effectively I can't add any new proofs for 30days until they all reset.

I can't stop the reset of the proofs because it wants to send a verification to the non-existent email address.

I can't access the old security proof email address (the account has been deleted).

I can't log in to xbox live due to be unable to add new proofs.

Why can't you access the old email account, are you saying you deleted the entire account from MS?

Well if you deleted it totally then you could always make it again and then sign in and stop those message, then deleted it again i suppose.

 

If the email address associated with the account was a Hotmail account you can follow the steps at this link to contact them and see about getting it reactivated.

Otherwise, contact the email provider that you were using and see if they can help you out.

From there you can change the email address for the account to something that you use a little more regularly.

verify the account.

The email account is DELETED it doesn't exist on the microsoft database. I'm asking if I still can log in to the account on a console.

 

Have you tried the steps I posted above? If not, give them a try. You could also try logging in to commerce.microsoft.com and see if you can change the email address there.

If you have tried all that and were unable to receive any help or change the email then I'm afraid that nothing can be done. An email is required in order to download the gamertag to the console. If you are unable to add the gamertag to the console due
to the delisted email not working then you'll need to create a new gamertag using an active email address.
