there is no email to write to about those issues. You'll have to report the user from the console.

sometimes it can be 24hours or 48hours if not contact microsoft support again and tell them you sent them a message back with some questions but you have not gotten a reply

I suggest you try update your console offline. The Xbox Offline System Update (OSU) process allows you to update your console by downloading a file to a USB flash drive and then installing that file directly onto your Xbox Series X|S or Xbox One console.
