Hey I was just wondering if you still use email for contacting for support. I have spoken with Xbox support over the phone about XB1 issues and they send emails confirming this. When I write back with questions that I would like written answers for no
one responds. Even this forum will email me replies to the post. Is not responding to emails normal practice now?

I am a doctoral student at Laval University. My research aims to create a hybrid pedagogy through technology for training students of body arts. One of the points of the research is the creation of a training system through kinect. I would like to know if

Enforcement Email Contact

I recently received a two week com ban that I feel is unfair and am worried I am being harassed by a gamer. I went to enforcement to apply for a review and it made me do a questionnaire three times and upon finishing it each time I was told oops you found
a glitch in our system. It then told me I have to wait 24 hours and try again. I have no problem just paying for the case review but that isn't even given as an option. I called customer support and they were completely unable to provide me any contact information
for enforcement. I need contact information for enforcement and it's completely unfair that no email or contact numbers can be provided and I'm told to just use the site which doesn't work. Please provide me with either a telephone or an email address so I
can please contact them and inquire as to why I'm suspended and what I can do about it.

OK, Great how long should I wait for a response? It's been well over 24hours now.

I'm hitting reply to the one they send me. Is there a particular email that I have not found that I should send it to instead?

I'm sorry if I come across as dense but I really haven't been able to find one.

 

sometimes it can be 24hours or 48hours if not contact microsoft support again and tell them you sent them a message back with some questions but you have not gotten a reply

The best place to get support is right here. What seems to be the problem you are having, there are plenty of willing community members that are happy to help.

 

In my experience, this is not a great place to expect support from.

Threads eithe get completely ignored by anyone official or you get told to do a hard reset, which seems to be the universal cure for anything and everything when the One doesn't work as it should, except it doesn't actually fix anything half the time.
