Email Connnected to my Microsoft Account

Hi, I recently tried to change my security info and realized it locked me out of my account for a whole month. All I needed to know was what the email connected to my Microsoft account was. But Microsoft censors everything except the first 2 letters and all of my emails start with those 2 letters so I have no way of knowing how to find out what it is. I then found a link that would give me access to what the email connected is, but once again i’m unable “access this site” and to revoke my security info change I need the email connected. I just want to know what my email connected is so if a microsoft support agent could help me and go into the database or something and find the gmail connected to my account, i’d be eternally grateful.

No one will be able to provide you with the email for security reasons. Meaning, there is no way an agent can get the email address without verifying the account first. The best option for you, is to get in touch with the online team to try and verify the account if possible.

Access Contact us | Xbox Support. Follow the instructions after clicking on the green button "Contact us" and choose to get help either from an online chat agent or request a callback. Make sure the region on the support website is set to your correct region in order not to find issues with the steps.

Same here. Connnection fine, but no xbox live. Tried on both Xbox's with seperate live accounts.

Gamestop is not connnected to Microsoft's system, and so cannot report when systems are sold to them to automatically change the date, as all they have to go on is the manufacture date . You'll have to contact support to have the system added to your account and the date altered. You'll need to provide your receipt

This can only work if your emails are NOT hotmail, outlook or live emails as those are Microsoft email addresses. That may be the cause of your problem. You can not change TO an email that is a Microsoft email. You can change a Microsoft email to any other
non Microsoft email, though.
