    I writing to confirm that the current email address linked to my Microsoft commerce account is correct. Which was requested by my Xbox live rewards program. Also I've noticed that I received 500 points for purchasing a 3 month Xbox live subscription, however
    I received no points for purchasing a 12 month subscription this past august. I also just took a survey for an extra 500 points a little over a day ago and its not showing up on my rewards page nor did they give me 500 points for taking the survey as advertised. Any
    help would be appreciated thanks and have a great new year. -

    I initiated the process to set up an Xbox rewards account, received the email stating that it would be set up within 2 days. I have not yet received a confirmation email or had my rewards account set up.

    purches not giving reward credit

    i have confirmation my reward account is actice . same account and email i use on xbox . ino get credit for purchases
