    Concerned about your licenses? Don’t worry—if you change your account alias, or remove an alias and then add a new one, all licenses linked to your Microsoft account will remain with your account.

    It isn't possible to transfer accounts. You can change the email address, there are risks that by deleting the existing email address, it will delete your account.

    This happened, and same email from platform ID and EA account unlink is risked.

    Possible option is, change gamertag and fixed cloud save?

    I'll add a little warning, you risk losing your Microsoft account if the current primary email address is one created via a Microsoft service like @live.com @hotmail.com outlook etc by changing emails.

    I cant change my gamertag on Xbox.com

    Never post you email address on a public forum (everybody can see it). That is a phishing risk.



    You will need to change the gamertag name on your 360 console.
