Email Change Issues

So, I have two accounts with Microsoft. My new phone uses the same email address as this account, but the one I use for my Xbox stuff uses my other account. I need to switch the addresses on these two accounts so I don't have to go through hoops just to
access my Xbox stuff on my phone when I want to. I use this email to access emails for work, so it's not feasible for me to just switch to the other account and use it that way.

I tried the steps provided and I very well could have gotten something mixed in the process (been a long day and I'm about to head to bed, here) but it came up that the Microsoft address I was trying to change it to was a 'reserved domain'. As they are
both my accounts, I do have the information regarding both of them if necessary. I don't mind having to replace the account on this email address as it'd been something I'd set up by accident for my dad before he got his own account on his own email. It's
no longer necessary, though if it needs to be switched over to the other address, that is also acceptable. I just need access to the other account from my -phone-.

Tried to give you as much information as possible to try and knock away a few questions. Either directions on how to fix this issue or direct support would be fantastic. Have no problem answering inquiries if my problem can be solved. Thanks.

I made my account a long time ago with an old email account and credit card. Both the email account and credit card no longer exist. I never changed the email account yet. One day I logged in on console to find the security proof or something asking for
an email or phone to send a code to. (The code is what I had to type into the box so that they knew it was me.) I did as it said and then had some more fun enjoying Live and stuff. The next week it asked again, the same thing. I typed in the email again, this
time it said "Sorry, this was already entered before" (Some kind of error). I entered my phone and waited for the text and then entered the security code and it said "This is the wrong code". I pressed ok and then put in my mother's email and asked her to
check and tell me. I entered that and then it said the same thing. I pressed ok and then the option to send another code (Retry) came up. I entered in the new code and the same error came up!

So now my main problem is that I cannot even sign in because of this problem! Not only that but I cannot even get into "Manage account" to change my email so that I can fix this. The reason is that it must make sure I am the owner of the account and must
send me a code to verify, I cannot recieve the code because my email is gone. My credit card is also changed so I am not sure how to let them know it is me.

I have been playing Xbox for a little over 3 years now and I DO NOT want to lose my account over this. I have made so much progress... it would be terrible. I hope someone can find a way to help me out.

Sorry to hear about the issue! In order for you to use the email address associated with Joa Persoa on your Zemathas account, you will need to first remove the email address from your Joa Persoa account in order for you to add this to your Zemathas account.
Before you remove the email from your account, you will need to first add a new email address. This may be why you received the reserved domain error. Once you have tried removing the email account from your Joa Persoa account, try adding it your Zemathas
