    Hi all i have an email which has been blocked i have done everything i can think of to try and regain access to my account but nothing is working tried the recovery form about 30 times and i don't remember to recovery email because it was so long ago since
    I've had to use the account I've even given xbox my console ID and the even failed I've had it with the lack of help Microsoft are giving me if they cant help me regain access to my account i want a full refund of all the purchase i have made

    i don't want to chat over the computer i want to talk over the phone its just easier to communicate

    Hello my gamer tag is terrificbardad. i try to log in to my account but it says my account is blocked. i do not have access to the email address anymore. everytime i try to log in i get a page to reset and it wants to send me a code and it sends it to the
    email i don't have access to. everything i have tried still sends it thru this loop. talked to xbox live and they sent me here. PLEASE HELP ME RESET MY ACCOUNT

    choose the option i think someone else is using my live id this way you will be able to reset all your details with your now current email address hope this works.
