    I have dylexia so i am not good at captchas so when i tried to log on to my account through win 10 i ended up blocking my email after failing at the captcha stage a lot of times normaly this wouldnt be a problem as i only use that account for xbox and hardly
    ever actually go onto it and havent gone on it for the past year and since i havent gone on it for a long time i cant remember the questions that it asks when you try to reset the password and i need it now because i broke my xbox and need to redownload my
    account on my new one but cant as the email is blocked

    btw i am usng my brothers account to submit this

    can't sign in to parents account

    hello i can not login to my parents email address as his email got hacked and then block so i can not use xbox live on my account as i can't sign in to the blocked account

    XBOX is sending notifications to an email address I can't access any more

    I have my xbox live password, but I can't do anything on my account and can't add my new XBOX One because it's sending emails to my yahoo accout. When I tried to log into my yahoo account, I was blocked there also.

    Sumbiting a recovery forum well be your best bet if you can't verfy it via question or phone number. Make sure you fill the forum out to the best of your ability so that you can get your account back. If you have a recover email that was on the account you
    can use that to rest your password as well.

    You can't do a second Xbox profile with the same email, just one Xbox profile per Email and to delete the profile you need to delete the entire Microsoft account, your best option will be block the email

    Have you tried signing into your email account on account.live.com to see if the email address has been blocked as this would stop the profile from downloading

    Hey Folks!

    I had the same problem yesterday.I bought a new Xbox Slim and a couldn't download my original profile. I had the same Error Code:80151103 . . .But I checked my email account wich is assigned to my profile and it isa windowslive.com mail account.... It was
    blocked. I cleared my mail account from this "blocking".And in the morning I had acces to download my original X Live profile.

    So if anybody have the same Code Error try check the email account wihch is assigned to a X Live Profile! If its blocked just resolve this problem.

    Keep Receiving 'Error 8015190E' and 'Can't Connect to XBOX Live'

    I would try checking my email associated with the Xbox live account and see if your account has been temporarily blocked. If your account was blocked, you can follow the steps in the email to unblock your account.
