    Can you confirm that the email for your account matches that of your contact preferences? You can reach your contact information by clicking your avatar in the top right corner of this page. From the drop down menu that appears, go to Xbox Settings. Then
    click Contact Preferences on the menu on the left of that page.

    If you know the account that your correct email is associated with, you can use the procedure that WPAK suggested to change it, and then associate that email with your correct account. However, the 30 day waiting period is a security measure and as such
    there is no way around it.

    Hello yes I've tried but it requires the email that is associated with that account in order to try to recover it but the emails I've always used aren't correct I just need even just apart of the email associated with xliamhuntx in order to try to remember it I know the name of the billing cards used on the account as well
