email and signing in

I've had this gamer tag since i was 12, my father set it up under his info. I have been trying to change it to my contact information for years, as I'm 23 now. But usually give up as support never helps me resolve the situation. Recently they did help and
I changed my email yesterday. Problem is I can't sign into my gamer tag anymore, I tried to get help through chat but when they told me they were going to send a email and text message, to verify who i was. Of the three emails associated with the GT the two
i have access too received different codes and the phone number on the account is a landline.

When trying to sign in i get a prompt to enter a password for the original email connected even though I have switched it, I enter the password and it starts to load, but it brings back up the same prompt asking for my password with no error code. No matter
how many times I do it, it always goes back to the same prompt.

Any help on either issue is appreciated thank you.

Wars came out. I do play HW though and use a variety of strategies, and Banshees are one of my favourite units.

 

Tried to sign in with windows 10 and got the following error we cant sign you in right now try again later (0xbba)
