So by making a third email adress I can link the unwanted gamertag with the new adress, and then i can link both my two older email adresses to the desired gamertag?

You would need to contact support. As long as you can verify you are the owner of the account, they can get you the email. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

I'm not 100% sure thats the correct email for the gamertag I want to use... but the fact that I receive emails from *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** in that adress mentionting this gamertag seems to indicate so.
