  1. Email address is correct, but I'm getting a prompt to update it.


    When I'm on the Live Rewards account page, it says:

    "Some of the information we have on file appears to be incorrect. Please ensure the personal email associated with your Microsoft Commerce account is correct by clicking the button below. If it is in fact correct, please create a post in our support forum here."


    When I click on the button, it takes me to my Live account, which has the correct email address. Please mark my email address as verified. Thanks.

    Ok well unfortunately in this case that is not correct, because when I go to the billing info as per your suggestion, it shows my current email address NOT the email address that you are sending the rewards emails to.... so where is it getting my old email
    address from?

    XBR is correct all you have todo is Download his XBOX Profile, once it has been downloaded it will prompt you for the email address and password required for the account.

    We have disabled the yellow light notification, and removed it from user's pages. To be clear, this notification was not an alert indicating an issue with Rewarding. We apologies for the confusion this notice may have caused.

    Can you confirm that you have not been receiving communications from our program, and that you would like to be included in our messaging?
