Email Address for Promotions and Receipts

I need help changing my email address for the promotions from xbox one and more importantly the receipts for the games I buy. I changed my microsoft email, but their emails are still being sent to my old address. Thanks!

Pre-ordered The Division, got no beta code or receipt

I pre-ordered Tom Clancy's The Division from my Xbox console. When I ordered it I had the wrong email address under my billing information so I never got the receipt or my beta code. I have since entered my correct email address but I need a copy
of my receipt and beta code sent to me new email address.

 

Have Not Received My $5 giftcard

I entered in the promotion where you upload a receipt from a qualifying purchase and get sent a $5 giftcard. I registered 3 receipts on the 29th of May and received the corresponding emails on the 30th of May, now I uploaded 2 more receipts on the 30th of
May and I have not received the emails for those receipts. Can someone help me with this, I've contacted support only to be redirected multiple times ending up here. I really want the cards that I'm owed as they were to pay for a game.

 

Hey, Crayon! Sorry to see any frustrations around your email not changing. To be sure you have everything changed, after you change your Microsoft Account email, did you change your email on the
Billing Info? It could be that the email there is still the same as the old one and you are receiving the emails for Billing there. Let us know what that looks like!
