    Hi all.

    I need to contact someone about a broken trigger on a controller from the design Iab i purchased for my son for XMas. I can't for the life of me find a contact email address. Can anyone help instead of me having to go through countless options to then be
    put in a queue for what seems like an eternity?

    xbox one won't boot

    Display doesn't come up, can't reboot, need to register to try and return for repairs, can't register, keeps telling to try again later. Bought thru amazon. Microsoft tells us on the phone they can't help with repairs since it was bought thru Amazon

    Hopefully it will be sorted soon. I'm waiting on an email to confirm things have been changed over and then I guess I'll be sending the thing on its way. This is going to be a terrible three weeks.
