Email account is locked

Discus and support Email account is locked in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I'm trying to get some attention from anyone at this amazing organization. How we unlock "locked" account??     I'm trying to get some attention from anyone at this amazing organization. How we unlock "locked" account?? It's been two days now since we submitted. I understand that microsoft doesnt give a [mod removed] about our problem.. but still, can someone help??

    I have no idea where to even submit this, so community shmamunity category selections!

    Hi there Nikitaso welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Well, I had a blocked account around two or three years ago, this is how I unlocked it!

    With an accessible account go to the login page and select “forgot password.”

    Choosing the “forgot password” option will send you a link to fill out some questions and information so Microsoft can verify that is your account, then you need to wait for Microsoft recovery team to contact you for more assistance and the recover your blocked account!

    Best thing to do would be open a case and hope for the best I'm guessing, nothing else to do but that.

    Hi,

    This wouldn't be something that Xbox Support would be able to assist you with either way.

    This is purely a Microsoft Account issue. If you're unable to reset the password or
    fill out the Microsoft account recovery form, and pass verification then there's no way to get back into the account.

    The only folks who would be able to assist you in this matter would be the Microsoft account team located
    here.

    Greetings, daveyyoung. Gee, I'm sorry to hear about your situation. It sounds really frustrating and I do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Do you still have access to your hotmail account? In addition, it seems like you opened up a UA case.
    Did they set an expectation with you for when they will follow up? It's quite possible the investigation is still going on.
