Email account hacked/Microsoft account stolen

I set up a new outlook account and logged in. I followed your instructions and it takes me to a pull-down box where it says Accounts & Profile, Subscriptions & Billing, etc. No matter what i select, it says calls and chats aren't available for that right
now. This has been the same for the last 3 days.

contact the support team. Once you get in contact with them, you can provide them with the account information for the account that is having the issue. We look forward to hearing

The message below is the one I see for literally every option i click on when i select "Still need help". Please tell me which one actually lets me receive a call or a chat. How is the volume
so incredibly heavy if it's impossible to do either of these things?

you should create a new Outlook/Live email address purely for contacting Support.

it is recommended as a security measure to use a brand new account that isn't linked to your Xbox profile so that the hacker doesn't get notifications of what you are doing.

the instructions for If you can't sign in to your account

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----click on Contact us
  
• Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
  
• Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next
  
  Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
