we no longer have access to the original email associated to our account. We have tons of games and progress we don't want to lose. How do we change the email address account on our xbox?

Hello DHG Puma,

Please follow the instructions on this link here in order to change the e-mail address associated with your Microsoft
Account (formally known as your Windows Live ID)

Make sure to look under "Switch Gamertag to a different Microsoft Account".

On your console, press the guide buton, go to Settings => Profile => Account security => Change MS account => follow the steps given.

This is what it comes back to after i changed my password...it still wants to send me a code to the email i cant get into!

You need to log on to your account via the Microsoft website and change it on your account settings

I'm not entirely sure since I've never done it myself, but I don't see why you would lose any progress. It's just changing the email associated with the Gamertag, not starting a new account, so I'm assuming it would keep the same saves in the cloud.

Hopefully someone else can confirm though.
