Email about Rewards deposit error

Hi there,

I got this email a few days ago regarding Rewards deposit error.

Please advise how could this be resolved?

"We were unable to make your final Rewards deposit. Any pending Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems in your account will be converted into Microsoft Rewards points in late June, where you can redeem them for items in the Microsoft Rewards catalog."

xbox rewards unable to deposit credits in my acc

yeah just recently got a new 360 dloaded profile to it ...also a member of xbox rewards n requested an early deposit anyway got a email saying rewards team had an error when tryin t deposit in my acc and i should check my region is correct in my billing
info...well ive checked n its correct

Rewards support made an announcement a couple of weeks back that the emails were sent in error and nothing needs to be done by customers, as it will be resolved by them at the next deposit date.

I was wondering i had pending credits from the old xbox live reward sytem and one was $10 that i used points to get and the other was over 1,000 for doing surveys and purchasing games how come i haven't received it yet even though this happened
in may

i used the vip points they would give you to buy things for the $10 for xbox currency plus a visa card that was emailed immediately the rest said pending and the other 1,000 points was what you would build up by buying games and when you filled
it they would turn it into currency on your Xbox now that and the $10 xbox currency is
what I'm not receiving it was in the beginning of may i was told everything was pending and would be added on the 17th i believe but that never happened then they said end of May that never happened and now i can't even log in to that site to write them
or see what's happening

Your deposit was prevented due to a mismatch between your SGP Rewards Account region and your USA Microsoft Account region. When you register into the Rewards program, we create a Rewards account based on your Microsoft Account region at the time of registration.
Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional currency, it cannot
complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.
