Email a xbox rep?

I apologize if this is a silly question but, is there a way to directly email an xbox rep? I haven't been able to find an option to do so and I don't feel as though posting on a forum or having an IM session wouldn't be appropriate for my question/concern.
I would just like to be able to send a single email with everything I need in one coherent message instead of chatting back and fourth.

Any answers on this would be greatly appreciated, even if the answer is it's not possible.

I am sure whatever they give will be linked to the Xbox account message system.

I had that problem with using an old email. I switched the email through windows live. It took like 30 days to do that though. At least I get the emails now.

Very unlikely you will get one to answer your email,even if you found an address.

If its a billing issue, call support.

Anything else has its own section on the forum where you can ask,or try xbox on twitter.

 

thanks. I did find it interesting that anything to do with billing, for the most part, has an option to talk with someone but if you xbox is broken the option doesn't appear.

 

Phone support will let you know the process for a repair.

Is it a hardware issue you are having?
