Elsweyr online - No audio fault

I have just installed “The Elder Scrolls online : Elsweyr” however I don’t seem to have any in game Audio. If I exit back to the dashboard and use or play other game’s and Apps the Audio work’s perfectly. I have checked the Audio setting’s in game and everything
look’s to be enabled and turned up to max. I have tried a system reboot to no avail.

Anyone have a fix for this?

We thank you for bringing this question to our forums, and understand that this has to do with the audio missing from The Elder Scrolls Online on your Xbox One console.

Mentioned was the Elsweyr expansion for the game, does the audio go missing for just that section, or the whole game?

If it is the latter, we would like to suggestuninstalling the game and then installing it again onto your Xbox One.

You may need to perform a power cycle. Restarting or performing a power cycle can fix many bugs and common problems associated with the console.

Restart your console from the Power Center

Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your Xbox One controller to open the Power Center.
Select Restart console.
Select Restart.

I just wanted to clear this up, do you own The Elder Scrolls Online Base game (or does it come with the Elsweyr pre-purchase)? Elsweyr is DLC and needs the base game to run.

The Elder Scrolls Online is a multiplayer game which will require Xbox Gold.

Elsweyr is a exspansion on the base game, which means you will need to have base game to be able to play it.
