    Elongated Visual Display Accross ALL Apps and Games


    I was playing Elder Scrolls Online when suddenly my display changed into a very awkward and annoying display where the sides of the screens shifted inward while the top and bottom portions moved off-screen, thus making the video display look vertically oblong.
    I have tried resetting my Xbox One and have tried unplugging the HDMI cable in an attempt to reset it. I have also gone into the display settings and probed around to see if I could find any other way to fix it, but so far no luck. Please provide me with any
    potentially applicable advice to remedy this problem.

    Xbox Region Free?

    pretty sure Games are region free for Xbox. Not all apps though. For example you could get different content and prices accross different regions for the Xbox Store app or Netflix for example.

    Buggy before, worthless now

    And yet more. There must be a display bug in Win 8.1 - the same white-line nonsense affects the Mahjong game as well. So - I'm resigned to removing all the game apps from my Surface. Done. And good riddance.

    Also if you play the game and come accross any of the consoles that activate footage from the App, you will be prompted to load it immediately.

    It does take some time to update all accross the system.

    I suggest you restart your device, then open the Minecraft app and it should resync to the system with the new Gamertag.
