Üdv Mindenkinek !

Letöltöttem a Microsoft 365 családi vrzióját, de csak az egy hónapos próbaverziót akartam kipróbálni. Ez ugye ingyenes is volt, de ki van nekem számlázva egy tartozásom amit nem értek miért van mert nem használom a programokat, csak arra az ingyenes 1 hónapra
vettem igénybe őket. Nem tudom lemondani a fizetést se próbáltam. Ugyan ilyen gondom lenne xboxra is az ultimate game passel amim már nincsen, de ugynúgy ki van számlázva egy hónap tartozásom. A kártyámon nem volt elég pénz megújítani a szolgáltatást mikor
az lejárt és gondoltam nem baj úgyse akarom már többet így majd akkor megszűnik az ultimate game pass.

Hogy tudnám ezeket a szolgáltatásokat lemondani ? Valamint, hogy tudnám eltüntetni a tartozásaimat ? Nem is használom őket, nincsenek is és nem értem így, hogy is lehet tartozásom.

Hi Mate,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you want to cancel a subscription. When cancelling a subscription, you need to turn off the auto renew first. Once that is off, then a subscription can be cancelled. Here is a guide to
turn off recurring charge.
