i have been buying game consoles and game pads for over 20 years i have never had any problems like i have had with the xbox one ellite controlers four controlers at £120 pounds each and every one has fell apart the bumper buttons fell out the analogs have
dropped i will never buy another ellite controler again such a wast of money and a ripoff to charge £120 for something that falls apart never again

Here is the info on getting the elite Controller serviced.
Servicing your Xbox Elite Controller You will put in a service request
here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/devices
under your console. Change the category to Accessories and then under select issue type select Elite Controller. Then input your PID number from the controller and click create repair order.
