Elites Series 2 Warranty Shipment Lost?

I already sent the controller, and have shipping delivery confirmation, I have been patiently waiting for any answers via email and assumed it would take long but its been quite enough time I think, I received the D-Pad back which was mistakenly sent along with the controller in a original controller box with the serial number blacked out because its not the original box but rather from a second controller I own since the original died I bought another one but didn't have the box and it seemed easier to send it in its own box to keep it safe, please contact me if you know anything because its still under warranty, thank you.

Theres a lot of personal information there, might want to edit some of that out.

We appreciate the screenshots you have taken and details you have shared. From what we have noticed, the Virtual Agent was program to classify information they collected from the interaction with you. In your case, you may type: "Talk to an agent." so you will be connected to the support.

Its not that was sent to me but rather I sent, and clearly arrived but never processed by the repair team.

Also I already tried this which is why I'm posting here, sorry if its too much information but I just don't know what to do anymore and I saw on another similar post they contacted the person through here and then directly via email to help them.

Its ok my issue has been resolved, I decided to call and they sent me a controller, thank you.
