    Elite Xbox controller not recognized by xbox accessories


    Hi, i bought elite controller yesterday, i dont have xbox one and even though i know its working, its vibrating while connected, clearly detected by windows and installing Xbox Elite controller drivers Xbox Accesories doesnt see it!

    e tried uninstalling/installing app drivers many times but it seems that nothing works. Its either message "connect your controller" or this **** "loading" from the picture i upload.

    Sometimes when i remove/add app it drops few messages about the controller that you can adjust it, change analogs etc and after going "forward" on all of those it goes back to the screen i upload.

    Tried all usb slots and still same

    Bought this controller as the "best on the market" to have the option of mapping keys which i cant do because microsoft accessories app doesnt recognize it... I could use that 3rd party(reWASD) just to map it for now and while its free for trial but how
    is it even possible to buy premium product and have such problems. And connecting controller to xbox one is not an option for me because i didint buy it for xbox one!

    I have Windows 10

    Does Microsoft plan to support it's own XBox Controller firmware on the Xbox Accessories app (PC)?

    There might be an update to the Xbox Accessories app on the PC. Check using the Microsoft Store app on Windows 10/11. The app on the PC should then be able to recognize the new firmware of the Elite Controller.

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. First of all, that is really a bummer, especially since it is an Elite controller, so I'm sorry to hear that this is happening. If anything, you should try to see if a different console will recognize
    it, but if it doesn't and you're unable to get it functional, then your best bet would be

    set up a repair or replacement for the Elite controller     if you're still in warranty.

    Elite series 2 not working on PC after update.

    Did you find a solution to this problem? I updated my Elite series 2 yesterday, and now I have the exact same problem. Elite series 2 is recognized as a regular xbox controller and does connect via bluetooth, but doesnt work. Connected via USB-c the XBOX accessories app doesnt even recognize it...

    Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but that didnt help.
