Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 Replacement Warranty

Hello community,

I bought a brand new Elite Series 2 controller at Christmas, 2019. Around June, I realised that the trigger and bumpers weren't working so well, so I requested a replacement and received it after 2 weeks. However, I have now realised that the audio port
on this new controller is faulty; after a while, my headset mic will become extremely sensitive, picking up even the quietest noises in my room, including my controller vibration. This meant that I had to unplug and re-plug my headset into my controller every
5 minutes to stop reset it. I have requested another replacement for this controller, and have been asked to upload a photo of the receipt and the store of purchase, along with a photo of the controller and the serial number on the back. This is a replacement
controller, so I don't have a receipt or store of purchase. I need to upload those photos in under a week, otherwise my request will be closed. Can anyone help me? I can't contact Microsoft directly as they've closed their chat services, so I am now looking
for help from the community.

The Elite Series 2 controller has a 1 year warranty.

If your controller isn’t working and needs replacing, go to https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/controller/controller-warranty and
enter the controller’s serial number at the bottom of that page. For the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2, the 14-character serial number is in the lower centre on the back of the controller.

I bought Xbox Wireless Elite Series 2 Controller, Here in EU (Greece) all controllers have 1 year warranty and the Series X/S consoles 2 years.

Warranties cover a like for like replacement if required under that warranty so as far as I know, yes, if you send an Elite series 2 in for replacement you will receive an Elite series 2 back.

Per the manual you posted, the warranty is "90 days for refurbished Xbox consoles and all Xbox accessories except Elite Wireless controller Series 2". Since an Xbox controller is an accessory, it has a 90 day warranty.
