    Elite V2 profile LED’s issue


    Just purchased a Elite V2 yesterday and when i try to select profiles with the profile button the LED’s do not light up at all. I know the profile button works because i can see the profiles switching via the Accessory App on my XB1X.

    is there a setting option to turn the LEDs on or off? Or is my controller faulty?

    Hey there MONSTERKENNY,

    Sorry to hear you have been running into this issue with your Series 2 Xbox Elite controller. If you have not yet tried this, go ahead and go on over to the Xbox Accessories app and update your Controller.

    Once you have done this go ahead and switch your profiles again and see if there is any changes.

    Problem solved, GameStop swapped mine out for a new one. Everything is good now 👍
