Elite V2 Controller Repair.

After trying to contact Microsoft customer service several times, i don't know where else to ask for help. In January, i purchased the new Elite V2 xbox controller. After a few weeks of playing (with no issues), the RB button suddenly stopped registering
inputs. So i contacted Microsoft in regards to having the controller repaired. They processed my order and gave me a ID number registered with the repair service.

Shortly thereafter they provided me with a label to print and a date that i should return the controller back for repair (which was the 14th of May 2020). Unfortunately covid hit us pretty hard at the time and i couldn't access any printer to print the label
off and have the unit sent for repair. So after the date had passed- i requested that Microsoft cancel the outstanding order (stating to send the package by 14/05/20) so i could now raise a new claim and have the controller sent for repair (i now have a printer).

Unfortunately the original order still stands and i can't make a new request for repair. I've tried contacting Microsoft customer support via email, twitter, instagram etc EVERYWHERE but i'm getting no response.

I even tried this morning to go through their automated service to get a repair, only to be met with the "sorry, something went wrong on our side" prompt.

I'm absolutely gutted that i've basically got an expensive controller thats basically sat in its box, doing nothing.

I don't know where else to turn as my warranty runs out in January.. and i don't see anyone getting back to me before then.

After gaming with xbox for over 20 years, its just disappointing from a brand that i put in high regard to treat their consumers like this.
