Elite series 2

Discus and support Elite series 2 in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I really can not believe the elite series 2.     I really can not believe the elite series 2. I have tried so many times to deal with this controller but i'm just over it at this point. Every day this controller breaks more and more. My rb doesn't work. My paddles don't work. My left stick doesn't press
    in. The list goes on and on. I spent so much money on this controller and i'm just wondering why I have gotten no support for my problems. The only thing I have been told was to just buy a new one but I find that hard to do when the employee themselves admitted
    that I probably;y had a faulty controller. So you guys are going to make me buy a new elite series 2 controller even though you know it's not my fault?

    about elite series 2, I think this has more problem....

    I have 2 elite series 2, my rubber knobs on the hair trigger locks came off too.

    And My 'A' button is very bad..

    There is no Elite Series 2 version 1 or 2, my friend. It's Just Elite Series 1 or 2.

    Elite Series 1 has only one version (1), and Elite Series 2 has only one version (2).
