    Elite Series 2 - Under One Year


    I purchased my Elite 2 controller on Nov 28, 2019 (According to the receipt I still have). Its been getting worse and worse for months and with the change in warranty I would like to have it replaced, since it is currently October 19, 2020

    When I enter my serial number on the website it says it is no longer in warranty.

    Activation date: 10/12/19

    Last connected: 1/9/2020

    They recently extended the warranty for elite 2 to one year. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/controller/elite-controller-series-2-warranty . maybe this will help

    i have the elite controller series 1 and elite controller series 2 and the only thing interchangeable is the D-Pad IE:- if you want the silver one form the elite controller series 1 onto the series 2 ... the under trigers and thumbsticks are of a different
    designs so will not fit .... i have just got both elite controllers out to make sure i am right in what i am saying

    Elite series 2 controller replacement

    Warranties cover a like for like replacement if required under that warranty so as far as I know, yes, if you send an Elite series 2 in for replacement you will receive an Elite series 2 back.

    I bought Xbox Wireless Elite Series 2 Controller, Here in EU (Greece) all controllers have 1 year warranty and the Series X/S consoles 2 years.

    Yes, the 1 year is for a brand new console and the Elite Series 2 controllers.
