Elite Series 2 Trouble

I bought an Elite Series 2 controller for nearly $200. About 6 months later I was already experiencing stick drift. Tried to file a support case but the website said my SSN was invalid so I gave up. Came back a few days later to the same issue. So I registered
the controller under my account just to find it had gone out of warranty literally that day. Tried to contact microsoft to see if there was anything they could do. They have no way to contct an agent other than by phone. I wasnt available for a phone call
that day but the next day I give them a call. After I've spoken to an agent breifly I'm put on hold for 30 minutes only to have my call dropped. I get no call back so I call them again but get a different agent. I tell him whats going on and he immediately
says theres nothing he can do. Well done Microsoft, well done.

just wanted to no how long your controller had warranty because all of the series 2 have a 2 year Microsoft Limited Warranty

As far as I am aware, the elite series 2 only has a 6 month warranty. The device appears as having an expired warranty in my devices.

That isn't where I originally had entered the code, originally I had tried to enter it through what I now think was the place for issues with standard controllers. Afterward the link you gave is where I entered it.

I have had an Elite Series 2 Controller for about two months now, I'm sorry to see that you are having issues with it. I have not experienced any trouble in mine, however.
