Elite Series 2 trigger sticking

Same issues, but discovered NO MICROSOFT SUPPORT TO GET REPLACEMEMT , WEBPAGE JUST INSTANTLY REFREASH NONE STOP IS TOTALY DISCUNTIONAL.

1) now 3rd replacing elite series 2 controller is never functions after few months is NOT QUALITY CONTROLLED

your elite series 2 need repair...

about elite series 2, I think this has more problem....

I have 2 elite series 2, my rubber knobs on the hair trigger locks came off too.

And My 'A' button is very bad..

That seems totally strange to me. It can't be an analogue digital hing as it allows you to map, say, the right trigger, to a button.

I really really hope they add that soon!

Well you can't re-map the triggers on the Standard or Elite Series 1 controller, but you can with the Elite Series 2. It does seem like an analog/digital thing. I hope its not to hard to add the stick direction re-mapping function to the Series 2.

I will send feedback to Microsoft about this.

It is still under warranty, but im not sure if Microsoft would repair it or even get a new one.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to work with this issue. I can totally see how this could throw anyone off. If it is still in warranty, then I would also recommend getting it sent in.

Microsoft Device support does not repair controllers, so you would end up getting a new one. Super important to know though is that if you do send it in, to make sure that you remove all removeable parts.
