Elite Series 2 Repair

Had my Elite Series 2 controller since Christmas and the left stick has really bad drift and sometimes is unusable, did some research and found they're prone to this issue.

Any chance Microsoft does replacements or repairs? It's way too pricey to come with this issue.

about elite series 2, I think this has more problem....

I have 2 elite series 2, my rubber knobs on the hair trigger locks came off too.

And My 'A' button is very bad..

The elite controller series one did have a few faults but did have a good repair back up system but the stronger one is the series 2.

I tried to fill out repair order, but, as mentioned above, those are the only options i got.

Bumper IS a known issue, as you can see.

Btw., it doenst matter what caused 2 years warranty, it is in place and i'm in the right to use it.

You can request a replacement for your controller if it is still under warranty!

My RB button failed just outside of the 2 month weak warranty. basically Microsoft will do nothing. its funny I'm using the series one controller 3rd year still flawless. i regret getting the series 2, wasted money. I was in the pre-order batch. apparently that was a mistake. i tried multiple times to get it fixed to no avail. beyond disappointed.
