    For the second time ive sent my elite series 2 controller off for repair now, for the second time i have no idea whats going on with it, the status of the repair online just says that it has arrived at the docks for about a week now......

    i’d love to know some sort of update on how long its going to be or if microsoft even have it....

    spent £160 on the controller and last time it took 3 weeks and they just sent a brand new one anyway. you don’t have anyone i can speak to on the phone or online chat. Extremely frustrating im giving up with these controllers. Amazing when they work, which
    doesnt seem to be very offen!!

    I have probably had this controller in “repairs” longer than i have owned it to use

    if anyone has had same problem and can shine some light i would really appreciate it!

    your elite series 2 need repair...

    about elite series 2, I think this has more problem....

    I have 2 elite series 2, my rubber knobs on the hair trigger locks came off too.

    And My 'A' button is very bad..

    why are xbox one controllers so faulty and wear out fast and unreliable compared to other xbox controller generatioms

    The elite controller series one did have a few faults but did have a good repair back up system but the stronger one is the series 2.

    I     tried to fill out repair order, but, as mentioned above, those are the only options i got.

    Bumper IS a known issue, as you can see.

    Btw., it doenst matter what caused 2 years warranty, it is in place and i'm in the right to use it.

    My RB button failed just outside of the 2 month weak warranty. basically Microsoft will do nothing. its funny I'm using the series one controller 3rd year still flawless. i regret getting the series 2, wasted money. I was in the pre-order batch. apparently that was a mistake. i tried multiple times to get it fixed to no avail. beyond disappointed.
