Elite Series 2 Repair (help)

I have a series 2 controller that I need to have exchanged or repaired. I've been trying for 4 days now to get a service order processed. Please don't say go to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/devices. I've been there repeated times and rarely get
past the 2nd screen.

I managed to get a service request(I have a #) in through one of the Xbox Live websites and received an email that said I would receive another e-mail with specific details about the request. That was two days ago and I've not received anything further.
The e-mail says that if I don't receive any more information....and sends me back to the site I mentioned above.

I'm hitting a brick-wall with everything I've tried. I doubt that this is even the right forum to post in, but I was sent this way when I unsuccessfully tried requesting an on-line chat with an agent.

your elite series 2 need repair...

about elite series 2, I think this has more problem....

I have 2 elite series 2, my rubber knobs on the hair trigger locks came off too.

And My 'A' button is very bad..

The elite controller series one did have a few faults but did have a good repair back up system but the stronger one is the series 2.

I tried to fill out repair order, but, as mentioned above, those are the only options i got.

Bumper IS a known issue, as you can see.

Btw., it doenst matter what caused 2 years warranty, it is in place and i'm in the right to use it.
