Elite Series 2 rb bumper broken on day 3

As you know Christmas has just come and gone so I thought why not make the most of boxing day sales and buy the xbox elite series 2 controller. Despite small amounts of stick drift out of the box I had no problem and loved it. However after using the controller for only about 8hours my rb button no longer works properly. What to do I mean by that?, well 90% of the time I'm playing intense fps shooters it will randomly trigger pulling me out of whatever action I was in it also more often that not tends to double and even triple tap on one tap action and occasionally doesn't trigger at all this really frustrates me as I've only just bought the controller and it's not cheap any possible solutions to this problem would be extremely appreciated.

Try updating your controller and see if it has a pending update.

Hey I have got an Elite Series 2 controller the day it was released and it's a really good controller in my opinion. The only thing that I have a problem with is the bumpers LB and RB. They move twice when pressed instead of once like it should. I try moving
tabs on Xbox Home by pressing the bumpers and it goes to far right or left kind of annoying at times.

Other than that its a good controller the trigger stops are nice as well and the paddles are smaller than the Previous Elite Controller.

Hey guys. I have also a problem with my Elite Controller Series 2.

My Bumper (RB / LB) doesnt work correctly...

Sometimes the Bumper didnt react if i push them.. I havt to push them very hard until they react :/.

I have allready update the controller.

Any Idea?

Yeah the Elite Series 2 was basically improved from feedback of users of the Elite Series 1

Many problems were fixed including the bumpers and the grip that also came loose after some time

Hope to get an Elite Controller one day

My Elite 2 RB just began having this issue today. It also doesn’t respond every time it is pressed. I play Black Desert Online and my characters combos rely heavily on RB to perform. I was hoping the Elite 2 would solve the issues i was having with
bumpers, but at 2 months of use it has failed as well..... very disappointed
