Elite series 2 poorly thought through

So I have no clue who's going to see this. I hope to a god that I dont believe in that a dev sees this. I've looked all over the internet, xbox decided that when you connect via bluetooth, the triggers will only work as a gas a break buttons.. this is
rightfully stupid as there are plenty of games that need the triggers as buttons, not accelerometers. I paid $180 for this controller, you need to roll out an update that resolves this. How hard is it to release a product that actually does what it says :/

so the controller hasn’t been out too long (that i remember) and the updates for controllers arent as frequent as system or game updates...its possible that they are delayed while working on Series X or perhaps (and i cant imagine this) they dont know about
it yet. I know its hard to be patient, but i can see this as a “working on to many things at once” situation

From everything I've discovered it could definitely be resolved with a controller update. No where did I see it's up to the device

it is running a supported standard for mobile phones it is up to the providers of the phone to build in support for the product, MS has little control over when those companies will do so.

The series 1 goes out pretty quick with fair usage. It just falls apart. I like the series 2, I love it. I just want it to work with my phone properly as anyone would think.
