Elite Series 2 paddles not working with pc

Hello all,

I just purchased the elite series 2 for my pc. I downloaded xbox accessories app and remaped and created my profile. When i go in game those changes do not take place. So i decided to go test the buttons out in the xbox accessory app and every button is
recognized except my paddles. I also went into configuration for windows 10 and every button is recognized except paddles when i press the button to test each botton.

elite series 2 controllers back paddles won’t work

Each Elite controller series 2 comes with 1 set of paddles. You can order replacement paddles, thumbsticks etc.

Series 1 paddles, thumbsticks is not compatible with series 2.

But nope, Elite series 2 came with paddles included

I have an elite series 2 controller. All of the paddles are the same color.

Having a an issue akin to that. The Accessories app correctly displays the paddle assignment, but that is not translated in game. Either one paddle is correct of neither of them are. I tried alternating the profile selection and it fails to work properly.
Extremely frustrating at a $200 price point. No problems with the Astro C40 but nothing works correctly with Elite controller on WDWS 10 all drivers and latest updates.
