    Elite series 2 paddle misshaped


    I am trying to contact someone about a misshaped paddle on a brand new elite series 2 controller. If I try and go through the automated warranty microsoft is trying to charge me $44 for something that wasn't right to begin with. I am just trying to get
    a new paddle. This was a gift from my son and I do not believe I, or he, should have to pay for something that wasn't right. The controller works great otherwise. If someone could help please. I have tried for a month and a half trying to get someone and
    can not. I understand the situation that the COVID virus has put everyone in but you should still be able to contact someone about an almost two hundred dollar controller.

    Xbox elite controller 2

    Each Elite controller series 2 comes with 1 set of paddles. You can order replacement paddles, thumbsticks etc.

    Series 1 paddles, thumbsticks is not compatible with series 2.

    I don’t know how to remove the paddles on my Elite Series 2 controller.

    The back paddles just pull off. My Elite Series 1 & 2 are the same.
