Elite series 2 new lot number release

Hi does anyone know when a new batch of promblem free of xbox elite series 2 controllers are going to be put into circulation currently waiting to change my one over at the shop but no one can tell me when a new batch will arrive and obviously mircosoft
have no phone support for this other than a 3 week turn around repair or replace and with what i have read no guarantee of receiving a problem free one back.

I doubt they will fix any issues with the elite 2. The elite 1 never got fixed too.

So they may of just gone from being faulty to now carrying a virus😂

This may depend on where on the planet they are being manufactured and if they are already in transit.

I am already aware that deliveries from China are being held up because of CoronaVirus therefore, if these (or any part of them) are coming from the affected region they will be held for a significant period.

I'm only surmising - I don't know where Microsoft offload their manufacturing - I do know Apple are affected though.

There was a new update released, can you try updating your Elite Series 2 controller again?

I also have the Elite Series 2 controller and I do not run into these issues when using it with the PC.

The issues in the elite series 2 are really a lot, and like always some are affected others not. Many users reported that even getting a new one by using the warranty came with problems.

If you have an elite series 2 with issues I recommend you to send it for repair, while you have warranty available.
