Elite Series 2 Issues

Has anybody else noticed terrible build quality on the Elite Series 2 controllers? It’s a great design, feels amazing, good materials, but the manufacturing is just absolutely horrendous. I’m now on my fourth controller from exchanging it at Best Buy and it is still not functional. First remote’s A Button didn’t register clicks. Second controller had the same issue, plus Bluetooth connectivity issues and sticky bumpers. Third remote had the A button issue, connectivity issues, the analog sticks wouldn’t depress when pushed to a corner, and the D-Pad was extremely wobbly to the right arrow. The fourth and current remote has the same issues. There is NO WAY this should happen on a single $180 controller let alone 4 of them in a row. They were all completely updated and registered, all brand new, and all from different lot numbers (I checked when exchanging and purposefully got different lot numbers). So Microsoft, what is your fix because I’m done wasting gas taking trips to Best Buy 25 minutes away just to get the same and more issues.
