Elite series 2 issues

this is my second time buying this controller its nice and helps me play games with mostly one hand BUT for 200 bucks after tax you guys got some nerve putting out products like this because im a pc user and i have found a lot of us are having the same issues with bluetooth connectivity first of all after i map my buttons there is no way to play with the buttons mapped and the controller plugged in with the usb, because the BT is so bad , its the only way i can game without the controller disconnecting at odd times during my game play. so what am i supposed to do with this?

people report that the xbox wireless adapter fixed this issue but for a 200 dollar controller why do i need to buy another 25 dollar accessory just to game?

then after you plug in the usb in order to map the buttons it wont connect via bluetooth when it even says its still paired. the middle light just blinks continusly until i remove the controller and put it in pairing mode again and connect it all over again. i have to do this every time i want to map the elite series 2 ? sorry but thats not elite thats janky...

Do i need to send this back? please change my mind .....
