    I have been experiencing problems with elite series two no longer charging or staying charged. The controller will die randomly then I will turn it on and it will display a full charge. The controller itself is a bit delicate as well, and I have noticed
    a heavy drift in the right thumbstick after only 2 months of moderate use. Is there any way to exchange my already faulty controller for one that will hold a charge and hold my faith in microsoft products... or should I switch to Razr and take the 200.00USD
    loss?

    i have the standard issue for xbox one x an elite series 1 and an elite series 2 and i can honestly say the elite series are worth the money

    There was a new update released, can you try updating your Elite Series 2 controller again?

    I also have the Elite Series 2 controller and I do not run into these issues when using it with the PC.
