    Hello,

    I purchased an Elite Series 2 controller that just subsequent to the expiry of the warranty (90 days) began experiencing significant analog stick lag rendering the $200+ CAD controller useless. I have tried navigating the customer service channels (including
    2.5 hours on hold, being hung up on by customer service representatives twice and navigating the convoluted automated systems) and still to no avail. Seeing as this is a well known quality control issue with this product, I want to know why the company will
    not own up to its issues and extend the warranty so that these issues can be rectified as they should be. While I was initially interested in the Xbox Series X release coming up and was planning to pre-order, I am now hesitant now knowing that quality control
    is a significant issue. Moving forward, I am even considering other gaming alternatives and removing all Microsoft products/subscriptions I have due to this issue.

    Can anyone help me and tell me if there is any recourse that can be taken as I feel that this is not right. After all of the above actions I feel like I have no other place to turn than the community. My hope is that I didn't just spend $200+ on a short-term
    controller/glorified paper weight.

    Any feedback would be appreciated.

    There was a new update released, can you try updating your Elite Series 2 controller again?

    I also have the Elite Series 2 controller and I do not run into these issues when using it with the PC.
