    Elite series 2 electric shock


    When using the elite series 2 controller on charge and play it consistently electrocutes me. It is a problem with the paddles, whether it be something to do with being able to take them on and off.

    When having fingers on the paddles it keeps shocking and if you lift up your fingers and drop them back to the paddles it builds up the shock and could definitely hurt someone seriously if they accidentally built up the charge.

    It’s not major but definitely annoying for a £150+ controller. Would be surprised if they don’t get recalled as this is a manufacturing issue, people should be aware of this before buying.

    I can confirm that the Xbox Elite 2 controller has issues with conducting electricity through the paddles.

    I am getting shocked as well.

    The Xbox Elite 2 controller needs to be recalled immediately.

    No the only controller that has a dimmer light is the elite series 2. You can always use a piece of electrical tape to cover the light.

    If i was you i would send a email, this is wierd because normally RCA jacks works on low voltages so maybe there is somting wired wrong or you just have a bad cable.

    Hey there Obsidian! If you are having issues with electrical shocks, please unplug the console from the wall and the TV to prevent any further damage. If this issue is coming from the console, you should set up a repair. If it's from the TV, you should use
    your console with a different TV to avoid any harm. I hope this helps, thanks!
