Elite Series 2 Controller Wasn't Fixed When Sent For Repairs

5 Months after i purchased the elite series 2, i had stick drift (LHS) and the X/Y/B/A buttons where double clicking. 4 Months after i got it back, the exact same issues were happening again. This time when i received my controller back, i opened the box, plugged the controller straight into my pc, opened up accessories and instantly the stick was drifting. I opened up rocket league to double check and i still had stick drift and double clicking issues. Its like they immediately returned my controller in a different box without even looking at it. Every time i try contact Xbox, it says the service isn't available. Every time i contact Microsoft, they say they don't deal with controllers and give me a link to Xbox, which surprise surprise, is a service that isn't available. I tried to have someone from Xbox call me back, which also isn't working. I've been back and forth between Microsoft and Xbox countless time, trying every link and every number and no one is doing anything to help. Its only been 9 months since purchase, I've had 3 hardware faults that make the controller unusable. I've used Xbox consoles and controllers all my gaming life and am so disappointed in the quality and support being offered with this issue.

Go to the Hardware & Networking support page
On the right side, click the Contact us button
Follows these prompts via drop-down options: What are you having trouble with? Hardware & network What's the issue? Warranty, service & repair Where are you seeing it? Xbox One
Click Next, and then in Other Options, select "Let our virtual agent walk you through a solution"
A pop-up window will appear. Once you have exhausted options with a virtual agent, then you can speak with a live person. To clarify, did you mean: Check the status of a repair request > Submit a new repair request > Submit a repair request > Did that solve your problem? > No > Sorry I wasn’t able to help better. Would you like to talk to a human agent or to try rephrasing?

Hi my friend. Im having stick drift on my controller too. I need your help. How do i request a service request? I have searched on microsoft website and it wont let me contact or do online chat. I dont know what to do. Someone please help. Thanks in advanced

I am in the same boat, SmashTheLetsPly, having first reported my issue in February 2021.

Have you spoken with a live person from Xbox support? The virtual agent can eventually let you receive a phone call.

But from there, none of the services are available. Does Xbox no longer have active support?

The last time i sent my controller in for repair, i gave very specific details about the problems i had with the controller in the note box. But when i got it back, the issues were still there. In fact, the stick drift is worse. I'm not sure if they did the service on my controller, or if they sent it out without checking it was fixed.
